We're officially a week away from Thanksgiving and just as close to one of the biggest shopping days of the year, Black Friday.
Walt Disney World leaders released information about the limited edition goodies and deals that can be found at Disney Springs, the resort's shopping and entertainment complex.
The item that has seemed to garner the most interest (per the Disney fandom on Twitter) is the new solid black MagicBand that will be released. The band will first come to Disney Springs Black Friday before it is released at additional spots around Walt Disney World the following Monday. A limited-release Disney Springs Holiday MagicBand will also be released Friday.
The Cast Costume Collection, a limited-release collection created by the Disney Parks Costuming Team, offers a special assortment of items (think toe bags, cosmetic bags and zip cases) made from the fabrics of authentic cast costumes from The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror attraction, Trader Sam's Grog Grotto Restaurant, Haunted Mansion and The Great Movie Ride.
These items will be available at Cherry Tree Lane at Marketplace Co-Op while supplies last and with different items being rolled out different days. The schedule for that is as follows: Nov. 24 – The Great Movie Ride Attraction and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror Attraction; Nov. 25 – Haunted Mansion Attraction; Nov. 26 – Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto Restaurant.
Also making its debut (finally!) is the Woodland Winter Holiday Dress. The dress, which has been teased and on display for months, will be available in The Dress Shop at Cherry Tree Lane beginning at 8 a.m. Black Friday. New Winter Wonderland Dooney & Bourke bags will also be there at the same time.
