LEGOLAND Florida Resort is looking at a calendar-busting 2018 with the announcement of the destination's 2018 lineup of events.
While a lot of the park's annual events are set to return next year, LEGOLAND leaders announced Wednesday some of the new attractions and events coming to the theme park built for kids, including new events for the LEGO Ninjago line.
January will celebrate all things LEGO Ninjago with the Jan. 20 opening of the all-new "LEGO NINJAGO: Master of the 4th Dimension." The theatrical experience "combines dazzling 3D computer animation and '4D' real-world effects as ninjas Lloyd, Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane and Nya must find their way out of a mind-bending dimension filled with eye-popping visuals," according to the LEGOLAND Florida team.
This movie will play daily in the Wells Fargo Fun Town Theater.
Ninjago love continues with three consecutive weekends of LEGO Ninjago Days, an all-new event taking place Jan. 20-21, 27-28 and Feb. 3-4. This event, included with park admission, gives guests a chance to meet some of their favorite Ninjago characters and participate in exclusive in-park activities.
The updated Project X ride will get the all-new virtual reality treatment with The Great LEGO Race opening next spring, according to LEGOLAND officials. You can read more about that update here: http://www.orlandoeveryday.com/news/legoland-florida-to-bring-virtual-reality-to-roller-coaster-in-2018
