Everyone's favorite bird is getting some Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom love.
That's right, Orange Bird will be featured on an all-new card part of the in-park interactive game that teams guests up with Merlin. Here's the catch: you can only get this card by attending a Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year.
For those unfamiliar with the game, guests work with Merlin to stop Disney villains from taking over the park. Players visits magic portals using their spell cards to stop a villain's plan. Game play starts at the Firehouse on Main Street, U.S.A., where guests can pick up everything they need.
According to Disney, the Orange Bird storyline is that Merlin met him once on a walk through Adventureland. He was "so taken with the little fellow" that he made a spell to honor him.
It's pretty common for Disney leaders to release event-exclusive cards like this. Last year's Halloween party card featured the Country Bears.
