Disney leaders are looking for the 11th class for the Disney Parks Moms Panel next month, opening the application period at noon on Sept. 6.
The panel, open to moms, dads, grandparents and other "in the know family members," is the go-to planning guide for anyone looking to plan a Disney vacation. Panelists help guests around the world by answering questions about Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, runDisney events and the Disney Vacation Club.
Since launching in 2008, the panel has expanded to include four languages, English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, so the application process is definitely competitive.
Those selected spend the year offering "heartfelt advice on planning a Disney vacation," according to Disney, and must be able to effectively communicate information online when questions come through the panel.
Here are some of the responsibilities of panelists:
The 2017 panel included 28 people and a mix of men and women. For more information on the panel and what they do, visit DisneyParksMomsPanel.com.
The application period for the 2018 panel opens Sept. 6 and round one closes at noon on Sept. 13. Information on that can be found at www.momspanelsearch.com.
