Unless you've been living under a rock or totally just hate social media, you have at least heard of Snapchat.
Universal Orlando Resort is ready to take your Snap story to a new level by offering not one, not two, but THREE Snapbot machines around the destination. They are the only Snapbot locations in all of Florida.
Snapbot, for those who don't know, are the vending machines that sell Snapchat Spectacles for $130. Spectacles were first released in November of last year and were the new hotness for anyone who was a fan of the platform.
Truthfully, some of the tech's buzz has died down a bit, but the eyewear is far from useless or dead. The glasses work by recording snippets of video (offering the wearers point of view) that then link and post to the user's Snapchat account.
The glasses are offered in three colors: black, teal and coral.
At Universal Orlando Resort, the machines are located at Universal CityWalk, next to the splash fountain across from The Cowfish; Universal Studios Florida, in the San Francisco Wharf next to Alcatraz Bar; and Universal's Islands of Adventure, across from Toon Lagoon Games.
